About the Event
Get ready for an epic team scavenger hunt all over Ladner! Teams will follow clues from spot to spot, completing challenges along the way, and finishing with a pizza party at the church. Top-performing teams will take home a cash prize!
Start Location: Ladner Baptist Church
Time: Arrive by 2:45PM; race starts at 3PM
Entry Fee: $10 per person (cash)
For this event, we are requesting that students register for the event in advance. It’s ok if you register and can’t make it in the end – this just helps us to organize teams and know how much pizza to order.
Before you register, please read through the following:
- Students can register as an individual or as a team. Students signing up as individuals will be grouped together with a few other students to form a team. If signing up as a team, please list all team members.
- To keep things fair (and fun!), each student will need a bike. Trust us—past teams who tried running or skateboarding didn’t enjoy it as much!
- This event will involve students biking around the city. All participants must wear helmets and abide by the rules of the road.
- Pre-teens (Grades 5-7) are welcome to join for this event as well, but they must be accompanied by an adult (one adult per team). Please include the name of the parent/guardian who will be participating in the sign-up form, so: "John Smith (parent/guardian)."
- At least one person on the team must have a cell phone to communicate and text answers to clues.
For all students, a parent-signed liability form is required for this event.
Please bring cash for the $10 entry fee.
