LBCYouth exists to lead teens in becoming a fully transformed devoted followers of Jesus. We work to see students reached with the gospel, growing in their faith, living out the gospel in their daily lives, and leading other people to Jesus.

Living out the vision of LBC – Everyone Together: Belonging, Growing, Serving – LBCYouth welcomes all teenagers to our different events and programs.

When we gather

LBCYouth meets on Wednesday nights every week from 7-9pm, along with special events on other days according to our Event Calendar, and of course, for church on Sunday mornings at 10:00am, and in-depth bible study at Encounter: every other Sunday at 8:40am to 9:45am.

Jake Nolan

Youth Director

Jake started as the LBCYouth Intern after a year as a youth leader. After three years as Intern, he stepped into the position of Youth Director. As the Youth Director, he oversees the ministry of LBCYouth. He is currently at Kwantlen University finishing a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Counselling, as well as working as a Reserve Constable and Jail Guard at a city police department. Jake has also served in a number of areas at Camp Qwanoes, including as the Step-Out Program Leader.
